2025 Future of Work 100
The Future of Work has entered its execution phase.
By popular demand, we are excited to share our 2025 Future of Work 100.
The Future of Work 100 has been a passion project at Acadian Ventures. We have been compiling data for over a decade, tracking the fasting growing, venture-backed companies transforming the future of work.
After a decade of experimentation, the market has cleared. Capital is tighter, buyers are sharper, and point solutions are fading. What’s winning now isn’t another wave of tools or surface-level AI features, but infrastructure: products embedded in how work actually runs.
We saw a notable changes in this years list. Deel and Airtable flip-flopped the 1 and 2 position. A number of companies exited this years list due to acquisitions including Paradox, Sana, and SmartRecruiters. And a few new companies jumped on to the list including Mercor (#14), Granola (#39), Kombo (#95), and Compa (#96).
The 2025 Future of Work 100 highlights the companies building that foundation. These 100 companies represent approximately $150B in aggregate valuation across North America, Europe, and APAC and reflect a broader shift toward systems of record and systems of action over narratives and demos. Fewer narratives. More systems of record. More systems of action.
